Thank you Lord for the book of Colossians...

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the Bible. I thank you for your precious word that gives us life. I thank you Jesus for the book of Colossians. Thank you for our Pastors and teachers at the Vine who are taking our church through this book. This is a precious gift to us and I pray that we as a church might receive all that you want to give us. I ask Lord Jesus in your name that by your Spirit we, as one body, as one bride might receive revelation of this word. May we all breakthrough Father. I bless the Pastors and the teachers and all of us in the church as we go through this new series. Keep us in the shadow of your wings, feeling loved, protected and victorious. Keep us away from temptation and harm. Create in us a hunger for your word so we might be fully prepared for what we are about to receive. Your word truly is the bread of life Lord and where your Spirit is, there is freedom. May we receive this freedom Father.

I pray also for the church of Hong Kong. Surely you are speaking to us all Lord and it is the same blessing. You see us all as one and you love us all as one. Pour out your Spirit into Hong Kong Lord and give us breakthrough revelation of your word. We love that we are yours Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
